Camila Perussello, PhD, is an extensively published engineer based in Dublin, Ireland. With training in both Food Engineering and Mechanical Engineering, she has worked across several parts of the globe as a researcher, lecturer and industry consultant, and serves as a peer reviewer for dozens of renowned scientific journals. She is currently an Assistant Professor of Sustainable Biosystems Engineering at University College Dublin. Her areas of research and expertise include:
