Camila Perussello, PhD, is an extensively published engineer based in Dublin, Ireland. With degrees in both Food Engineering and Mechanical Engineering, she has worked internationally as a researcher, lecturer, and industry consultant.

Dr. Perussello applies engineering and systems thinking to improve the efficiency, sustainability, and ethics of food production. Currently an Assistant Professor of Sustainable Biosystems Engineering at University College Dublin, Dr. Perussello serves as a peer reviewer for dozens of renowned scientific journals.
